Jenni Braun
Patient Care Coordinator
Jenni started her career in healthcare in 2011. She has spent many years working in a hospital setting, specifically in end-of-life care, where she enjoyed being able to improve patients’ quality of life. Jenni now takes pride in assisting patients on the journey to reconnect to their world and loved ones through the gift of better hearing.
When not in the clinic, Jenni can be found spending time with her husband and 4 children, camping, watching the Packers and relaxing when time allows.
Tawnia Newbury
Patient Care Coordinator
Toni Newbury is a Patient Care Coordinator. Toni was born and raised in Brandon, WI. She moved to the other side of town in 1999 when she got married. Toni is a graduate of Laconia High School. She started working at Pickart Hearing in the fall of 2024. Toni has spent 28 years in the healthcare system before joining the hearing industry.
What Toni loves most about saving hearing lives is seeing their excitement when they are able to hear their loved ones after receiving a new set of hearing aids. Toni focuses on keeping the clinic’s workflow moving.
Outside of saving hearing lives, Toni loves to spend time with her husband and four adult girls.
